I am an HR Generalist with The Center for TLC and bring over 14 years of human resources experience across a variety of industries. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management (HRM) from the University of Phoenix. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my very active 15-year old daughter, being with family, going for walks with my German Shorthaired Pointer, Skye, and finding projects to keep myself busy.
I was drawn to TLC because of its mission. I have always had a soft spot for children and wanted to be part of an organization that genuinely cares about improving the lives of the children it serves. While I do not work directly with the kiddos, I strongly believe that the work I do as an HR professional helps support employees and enables TLC to achieve its goals. This is especially rewarding to me, as it contributes to the overall success of the organization and allows us to continue providing high-quality services to children.
My favorite part of working at TLC is the incredible group of people I get to work alongside every day. The team is truly amazing, and everyone shares a genuine passion for enriching the lives of children. I also enjoy seeing the kiddos each day and hearing stories about the progress they have made since beginning their journey with TLC.
