Hi! I’m Lauren, a registered behavior technician here at TLC. I am currently studying psychology through Macomb Community College. It has always been my calling to work with children — every day is always different and exciting! I have worked with kids of all ages in educational environments including an elementary school, an athletic facility, and I was even a nanny for a short time! I often assisted one-on-one in the classroom, and I love that I get to do that with the kiddos here.
Working here at TLC has been so rewarding and amazing. The environment is so warm and welcoming, and the people that make up our team have always been so supportive. My number one priority is appreciating what makes each of us unique. I am so inspired by the kids I work with, and I cherish every memory I make with each of them. It is truly heartwarming to watch our kiddos discover new things and achieve their goals here. I am excited for many more years in ABA and helping our families.
In my free time, I love to spend time with my family, my two dogs, and my boyfriend Nick. In the wintertime, I am on staff as a coach for Elysian Winterguard. I spun flag in my high school’s marching band; it is still a big passion of mine, in addition to my hope to help students become stronger performers.
