Hello! I'm Erika and I am a behavior technician here at TLC! I am currently also a full-time student at Wayne State University working on getting my Bachelors degree in Social Work! This is my first time working in ABA but this experience has inspired me to take it further into my future. I plan to eventually get my Masters degree in Social Work and from there specialize in working with children with special needs. My favorite thing about working at TLC is helping the kiddos strive and being able to see their amazing progress over time! I love being able to have fun with the kiddos and create a fun learning environment for them at the same time!
In my free time I love spending time with my fiance Tanner and our mini goldendoodle Luna! In the summertime, we love to go camping and in the winter we enjoy snowboarding. We also love spending time together with our friends and family!
The kind of positive impact I want to have on the people around me is being able to be someone they can rely on and trust. I want everyone around me to know that they can depend on me and I will always try my best to help them out as much as I can. Helping people is something I love to do the most and it is something I take very seriously.
