My name is Sheila Costandi and I am a behavior technician. I hold a Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education from Oakland University. I was an elementary school teacher with the Eastpointe Community Schools for 25 years and taught everything from kindergarten to 8th grade science. After retiring I decided I missed working with children. A friend told me I would be a good fit for a behavior technician. After some research I found the Center for TLC. I feel blessed to be a part of a genuinely caring team and love working with these amazing children!
I am married and have 2 children and one grandson. Aside from enjoying my new roll as grandma, I also love baking, gardening, bike riding, and spending time with my family. I am involved at my church as a Stephen Minister and have future plans to be a member of mission trips to Africa.
