My name is Erika Eckert and I am a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at the Center for TLC. I began working at TLC in December of 2016, but I started my experience with ABA in 2015, after graduating from CMU with a BS in psychology. I loved working in early intervention and I quickly fell in love with the versatility and effectiveness of ABA. After working for a year as a technician, I decided to pursue a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. After working for other ABA providers, I can say wholeheartedly that the best part about TLC is the client-oriented atmosphere. We really try our best to meet the needs of each individual child and it makes a world of difference in the quality of therapy implementation. Long-term goals for me include building experience as a behavior analyst and working towards mentorship of supervisees in the field. When I am not at TLC, I like to stay active, spend time with friends and family, and hang out with my cattle-dog, Odin.
